Apply now! **\#WeAreRandoncorp \#YouAtRandoncorp \#Frasle Mobility \- Controil Site** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Polymer Machine Operator I, you will be responsible for the following activities:** * Operate polymer vulcanization machines, such as extruders, injection molding machines, blow molding machines, calenders, presses, laminators, among others; * Operate assembly, testing, and product washing equipment and devices, adhering to defined process parameters; * Assemble and load pre-parts into jigs, molds, and vulcanization fixtures; * Assist in adjusting operational parameters to meet product quality and process requirements; * Inspect and deburr vulcanized parts according to the standard defined in the process; * Monitor process variables in accordance with technical specifications; * Perform visual and functional inspections on machines to identify anomalies; * Inspect products for compliance with pre-established quality standards; * Record and report deviations in production processes; * Follow environmental procedures and good practices related to handling industrial waste; * Complete operational reports, indicating production output, raw material consumption, and any machine downtime. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To apply for this position, please pay attention to the following requirements:** * Completed Elementary Education * Metrology and Measurement **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Shift 2: From 15:28 to 00:25\. #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
