Metroll’s DNA embodies the following values: People-centric focus, Knowledge appreciation, Owner’s mindset, Innovation, and Integrity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and manage the project portfolio, defining prioritization criteria and allocating resources efficiently. * Develop integrated and realistic schedules for project execution. * Produce managerial reports and dashboards for strategic monitoring. * Conduct process audits and reviews to ensure compliance with standards. * Manage risks with mitigation plans and ensure compliance with health regulations and technical standards. * Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction with deliverables. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning. * Proven experience in project and construction management. * Proficiency in project management tools and tracking software. * Monthly managerial reports covering activity status, backlog, planning, and points of attention.
