If you also believe creativity makes life easier, check out the available opportunities. **Responsibilities and duties** * Map, document, and analyze organizational processes, identifying improvement opportunities; * Propose and implement solutions to optimize process efficiency, aiming for continuous improvement; * Monitor and track process execution, collecting and analyzing performance indicators; * Provide training and support to employees regarding work processes; * Participate in process improvement and automation projects; * Develop manuals, flowcharts, and other documents to standardize and disseminate processes; * Act as a facilitator between departments, promoting integration and alignment of processes; **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical education in industrial or related fields; * Communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; * Analytical ability, problem-solving, and results orientation; * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma); * Experience in digital transformation and process automation projects; * Availability for administrative shift. **Additional information** **Benefit packages are configured according to location and work model.
