Francisco Drumond, 25 – Centro, Camaçari/BA Salary: BRL 2\.700,00 \+ Transportation Allowance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break Work Model: In-person About the Job: A law firm seeks a labor lawyer with proven experience in labor law for in-person work. The professional will be responsible for drafting procedural documents and legal submissions, as well as providing technical supervision of labor cases, collaborating with the legal team to ensure high technical standards and strict adherence to deadlines. Main Responsibilities: * Drafting of initial pleadings, responses, appeals, and various legal submissions * Document analysis and development of procedural strategies * Compliance with and tracking of procedural deadlines * Procedural monitoring in electronic court systems (PJe, TRT, etc.) * Technical support in managing labor cases * Communication and alignment with internal team members * Conducting hearings Requirements: * Prior experience in labor law * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration * Excellent legal writing skills and thorough knowledge of labor procedures * Organization, responsibility, and commitment to meeting deadlines * Availability for in-person work Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
