Job Summary: A professional to support demand generation, execute work plans, provide technical and commercial support, and monitor the market in the field. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in foliar nutrition and regional knowledge Description: * Support demand generation; * Execute all activities outlined in the work plan; * Maintain consistent field presence with producers alongside the sales channel representative; * Provide technical support; * Establish local area coverage; * Achieve sales participation in key crops; * Execute sales and after-sales activities; * Monitor inventory at the sales channel; * Implement the target plan established for assigned sales channels; * Suggest strategic visits in collaboration with the CTV; * Gather market and competitor intelligence; * Identify business opportunities and mitigate threats; * Identify technical and commercial bottlenecks in key crops.
