Key Responsibilities Production Planning: Develop and monitor the production plan, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and optimal resource utilization. Team Management: Supervise operators and team leaders, assign tasks, train teams, and evaluate performance. Production Process Monitoring: Track KPIs, identify deviations, and propose improvements. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, oversee inspections, and address non-conformities. And other duties relevant to this position.
