Focus on safety (NR-10, NR-33, NR-35) Position: Maintenance Supervisor Description: We are seeking a professional to fill the position of Maintenance Supervisor in our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corrective and preventive maintenance activities on machinery and facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Supervise technical teams and schedules, control spare parts inventory, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards (PPEs, NR\-10, NR\-35\). Responsibilities: * Lead the maintenance team, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Monitor and control inventory of spare parts and materials required for maintenance activities. * Ensure safety and quality of services provided by the team. * Maintain up-to-date records of performed maintenance and equipment. * **Control and Operation:** Supervise installation, assembly, and operation of machines and equipment. * **Third-Party Management:** Monitor maintenance service providers. * **Safety and Quality:** Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards. Requirements: * Prior experience in industrial maintenance. * Leadership and process management skills, organization, analytical thinking, and proactivity. * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations NR\-10, NR\-33, and NR\-35\. * Technical or higher education degree in related fields. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
