




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance in a growing industrial facility, with emphasis on reliability and continuous improvement. Then this position is for you. We are looking for an Electromechanical Technician to work in a growing industrial facility, with a focus on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. You will join a maintenance team that has an active voice and participates in day-to-day decisions. * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment. * Diagnose electrical and mechanical failures in machines and systems. * Carry out adjustments, calibrations, and functional tests. * Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical diagrams. * Record interventions in maintenance management systems (work orders). * Support process improvement and automation projects. * Ensure safety, organization, and cleanliness of the workplace. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Prior experience in industrial electromechanical maintenance. * Knowledge of electrical control systems, motors, inverters, and control panels. * Basic mechanical knowledge (bearings, gearboxes, alignment, lubrication). * Availability to work rotating shifts or on-call duty, if required. * Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with PLCs, sensors, and industrial automation. * Experience with TPM, Lean, or continuous improvement programs. * Knowledge of NR-10 and NR-12. * Previous work experience in medium- or large-scale industrial facilities.
