Job Summary: HR professional to manage recruitment, selection, training, policies, procedures, and general support for the HR department. Key Highlights: 1. Management and execution of Recruitment and Selection processes 2. Development and updating of HR Policies and Procedures 3. Support in the creation of the Job Classification and Compensation Plan **JOB DESCRIPTION** ------------------- Plan, execute, analyze, manage, and conduct recruitment and selection processes; group activities; reporting; market research; KPIs; events; recordkeeping; employee support; evaluations; training management; manager support; and other routine HR functions. Update organizational charts; Develop, disseminate, and update corporate and HR policies and procedures; Provide support for national and international employee travel; Conduct organizational climate surveys; Support the creation of the Job Classification and Compensation Plan; Establish partnerships, promote, and manage the Benefits Club; Ensure operational effectiveness of the training and mandatory compliance procedure management system in accordance with labor regulations and company guidelines; Manage and conduct internal complaint and investigation processes; Perform other related duties. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** -------------------- Completed Bachelor's Degree Advanced English **BUSINESS UNIT** ----------------- Seatrium Limited
