Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of the technological infrastructure, provide technical support, and contribute to continuous improvement. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of environments and processes We are looking for an IT Technician to join our technology team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the organization's technological infrastructure, delivering high-quality technical support, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our environments and processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Install, configure, and maintain structured cabling, network equipment, and telephony systems * Conduct connectivity and performance testing to ensure environment stability * Perform preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance, including component replacement, virus removal, and machine formatting * Install and configure operating systems, programs, and applications on computers * Monitor equipment and networks online to ensure optimal operation and operational security * Provide technical support to users by performing diagnostics, recommending solutions, and guiding technology usage * Log and track service requests via ticketing system (help desk) * Manage IT asset inventory: equipment, licenses, and access rights * Support the systems area (ERP, CRM, academic platforms, and similar) in troubleshooting * Prepare and manage equipment shipments and handle printer-related requests * Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and operational procedures **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Hardware and software maintenance experience * Operating systems and network configuration knowledge * Software installation and configuration experience **Desired Qualifications** * Technical course in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Telecommunications, Data Processing, or Informatics Compensation: R$2.300,00 - R$2.380,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
