If you have theoretical knowledge, enjoy process-oriented work, and wish to grow in the Human Resources Department field within an accounting environment, we would like to meet you. **Main Responsibilities** * **Payroll Support:** Assist in payroll closing and verification of entries. * **Operational Routines:** Carry out hiring, termination, and vacation control processes. * **eSocial:** Support submission of events and data verification on the platform. * **Statutory Contributions:** Assist in issuing payment slips (FGTS, INSS, and IRRF). * **Organization:** Support document filing and assist in labor-related processes. **Requirements** * **Education:** Currently pursuing or completed degree in Accounting Sciences, Human Resources, or Administration. * **Experience:** Prior experience handling basic HR Department routines (internship or assistant roles accepted). * **Profile:** Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and deadlines. * **Excel:** Basic to intermediate proficiency for internal controls.
