Use of management systems and Microsoft Office **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **O**rganization, physical and electronic filing of documents, reports, contracts, and invoices. * **Customer and supplier service**: responding to emails, phone calls, receiving visitors, and facilitating communications. * **Calendar and event management**: scheduling meetings, appointments, corporate travel, and preparing materials such as invitations and brochures. * **Financial and accounting support**: verifying invoices, bank slips, bills, entering accounting data, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. * **HR support**: personnel recordkeeping, vacation tracking, leave management, overtime control, recruitment and selection, and training assistance. * **Systems and technology operations**: using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * **Coordination of general tasks and services support**: monitoring cleaning, transportation, security, shipping, and mailbag receipt. **Requirements:** * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organizational ability and proactivity; * Completed high school education. **We Offer:** * Benefits (meal allowance, transportation allowance, and health insurance); Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.800,00 - R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
