Then join our team at **Escola do Mecânico**, the largest technical education network dedicated to the automotive sector in Brazil! **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and assist customers, providing technical and commercial information. * Conduct in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp interactions, delivering consultative service and resolving questions or complaints. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms. * Advise on course procedures and curriculum contents. * Promote the school's competitive advantages and support the development of sales initiatives and promotional campaigns. * Follow up on prospect responses and maintain relationships with active and inactive customers. * Support post-sales activities and ensure workplace organization and cleanliness. * Actively and responsibly participate in health, safety, and environmental practices. **Requirements:** * Completed High School * Preferred: Currently pursuing a university degree * Experience in the commercial field * Preferred: Basic computer skills (Word and Excel) **Expected Skills and Behaviors:** * Logical reasoning * Customer focus * Strong communication skills * Initiative and proactivity * Problem-solving ability * Focus on results and goals **KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):** * Enrollment target * Commercial revenue target **NOTE: Attractive commission structure with realistic potential to exceed base salary.
