All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in document handling; Support the completion of departmental documents; Assist in preparing reports and forms using spreadsheets or other computerized systems; Contribute to administrative processes; Assist in on-site or remote customer service; Support all routine administrative support activities; Provide logistical support; Contribute to achieving objectives and goals; Perform tasks as defined in operational controls; Suggest improvements to activities; Alert your supervisor/responsible parties upon identifying non-conformities; Work in accordance with the Integrated Management System standards—Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality—as well as Food Safety; Act and comply with the guidelines of the Integrated Management System [Health and Safety, Environment, and Quality].
