Responsibilities:
* Lead Autonomous Groups (AGs) to achieve quality, productivity, and cost targets, ensuring safe execution of activities and strengthening company culture.
Functions:
* Ensure compliance with current procedures and projects;
* Inspect services by construction phase;
* Ensure technological control of houses;
* Monitor and ensure adherence to house construction schedules;
* Monitor and control material consumption;
* Conduct 5S and safety patrols;
* Train and guide AG team members;
* Develop masons' leadership skills;
* Handle FCA (Field Corrective Action) resolutions;
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to direct reports;
* Ensure macro-phase layouts;
* Maintain company-provided tools and equipment;
* Support complementary activities such as technical assistance, project/worksite revitalization, and infrastructure services;
* Promote and reinforce company culture.
Requirements:
* Completed technical education in Building Construction;
* Minimum of 6 months of experience in the field.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering.

Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) permanent contract
Compensation: Starting from R$2\.950,30 per month
