




Job Summary: This role involves kitchen cleaning and organization, food preparation, assisting chefs, monitoring food inventory, and ensuring food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Kitchen Assistant Minimum Experience: 6 months Responsibilities: Cleaning and organizing the workspace, Preparing food (cutting, washing, peeling) and directly assisting cooks and chefs in dish preparation. Monitoring food inventory Assisting in plating dishes and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Schedule: Shift-based work, including opening or closing shifts. Regular closing time is 10:00 PM. During festive seasons and events, closing time may vary.
