Support in manufacturing processes and production control Position: Engineering Intern Location: Jaboatão dos Guararapes – PE Company: BCM Estruturas Metálicas Purpose of the Role Support engineering technical and operational activities, contributing to project development, improvement of production processes, and addressing industrial area requirements. Main Responsibilities Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals Support the procurement department (quotations, monitoring, and control) Assist in preparing and reviewing technical projects (metal structures, parts, and components) Support creation of technical drawings in AutoCAD, Inventor, or Revit Monitor manufacturing processes (cutting, bending, welding, and assembly) Provide support in reading and interpreting projects and technical specifications Assist in material quantity takeoffs Support production and deadline control Conduct site/assembly monitoring when required Organize technical documentation and reports Support analysis of non-conformities and process improvements Interface with production, quality, and procurement departments Field activities (when applicable) Monitor on-site measurements Support inspection of metal structure assembly Verify compliance with projects and technical standards Administrative/technical routines Update control spreadsheets (production, materials, and KPIs) Support preparation of technical reports Update project schedules Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Civil, or related fields) Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) Desirable interest in the industrial/metallurgical sector Developed Competencies Reading and interpretation of technical drawings Fundamentals of metallurgical processes Production planning and control (PPC) Logical reasoning and systemic thinking Teamwork and communication with operational departments Desired Profile Proactivity Organization Attention to detail Strong communication skills Willingness to learn Internship Allowance and Benefits Allowance: R$ 1.000,00 Transportation Voucher (TV) Meal Voucher (MV) Flexible working hours Type of position: Part-time Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$3.291,82 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Meal voucher Workplace: On-site
