




Coordination of production operations across multiple shifts, with a focus on discipline, engagement, and performance. Ensuring adherence to the production plan, with strategic intervention on key indicators such as OEE, scrap rate, and production plan compliance. Integration with support areas and participation in continuous improvement, safety, and process standardization initiatives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate all production activities, covering three operational shifts under direct and indirect supervision. * Lead and develop the production supervision team, ensuring team engagement, discipline, and performance. * Ensure fulfillment of the production plan by optimizing resources, eliminating losses, and guaranteeing on-time delivery and compliance with standards. * Monitor and strategically act upon key performance indicators, including: OEE, Production Plan Compliance, Factory Scrap, Overweight (actual weight vs. theoretical weight). * Promote a culture of operational safety, quality, and well-defined work standards. * Coordinate performance meetings and lead action plans to address operational deviations. * Collaborate closely with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Logistics departments to ensure process synergy. * Actively participate in continuous improvement and standardization projects. * Disseminate methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, WCM, PDCA, 5S, Kaizen, and quality tools. * Develop and maintain dashboards, visual management boards, and real-time performance tracking using Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems. * Facilitate working groups and lead structured problem analysis (A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Plastics, Mechanical, Business Administration or related fields). * Prior experience in production coordination or industrial leadership, preferably in plastic transformation processes (extrusion, injection). * Solid knowledge of KPI management, process control, occupational safety, and quality. * Strong proficiency in methodologies such as Lean, WCM, PDCA, quality tools, and operational data analysis. * Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable. * Strong leadership ability, with capacity to engage teams, solve problems, and sustain a productive and safe work environment. * Preferred: Prior experience in PVC pipe production, especially extrusion lines. **Additional Information** **We care about the well-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company policy: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
