Job Summary: The professional will assist HR department activities, including recruitment, training, payroll management, performance monitoring, and organizational climate management, as well as lead the HR team. Manage organizational climate and foster a positive work environment Description Prerequisites: \- Relevant experience in the role; \- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources. \- Willingness to travel to the headquarters in Caruaru. \- Residency near the Prazeres neighborhood in Jaboatão dos Guararapes. Activities Assist HR department activities. Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new employees. Plan and implement training and development programs. Manage payroll and other employee benefits. Monitor employee performance and promote development initiatives. Manage organizational climate and foster a positive work environment. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor legislation. Lead and develop the HR team. Support management on people management matters. Act as a liaison between senior management and staff, communicating company strategies and team needs.
