Opportunity for continuous learning and development **INBOUND MARKETING ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** Manage and execute email campaigns and email lists, including use of templates and content creation, planning, list segmentation, configuration, A/B testing, execution, reporting, and optimization; Create marketing automation workflows; Integrate the marketing automation tool with the CRM; Analyze process metrics and propose solutions; Support maintenance of digital channels (websites, blog, and social media). **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree; Investigative and analytical ability; Commitment and organizational skills; Always willing to learn and develop; Proactive in implementing improvements; Clear and efficient communication; Proven experience in Inbound Marketing; Experience with automation tools (e.g., Pipedrive, RD Station, or other marketing automation platforms); Knowledge of CRM and sales funnels; Experience with automation tools (e.g., Pipedrive, RD Station, or other marketing automation platforms); Knowledge of CRM and sales funnels; Writing skills for blog posts, email marketing, landing pages, etc. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Benefits:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Corporate University; Birthday Day Off; Meal Allowance paid via Flash Benefits card for greater usage flexibility: you choose whether to use it.
