Job Summary: A professional to carry out inspection, customer service, maintenance, and operation of water and sewage systems, with emphasis on customer relationship and compliance with company standards. Safe vehicle operation **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform tasks under frequent guidance; report frauds and the status of water and sewage connections; report discrepancies between registered and actual consumption via incident reports or direct communication to the relevant department; report water leaks in the network, service lines, or curb stops; offer water supply and sewage collection and treatment services (except for the Manaus unit); provide information regarding water supply and sewage collection and treatment services; water cutoffs and reconnections are performed according to unit needs; exclusively at Águas de Manaus S.A., only LISC-type cutoffs are performed; inspect water and sewage connections; update commercial and technical records; attend to users upon request; deliver bills and informational materials; relay meter readings; replace water meters (except in Manaus); standardize curb stops for water connections (except in Manaus); implement debt installment plans (except in Manaus); deliver ARs (Acknowledgment Receipts) related to irregularity notifications (except in Manaus); repair water leaks (except in Manaus); collect and re-read water meter readings, inspect connections, and perform water cutoffs and reconnections (except in Manaus, where reconnections are not part of this role), aiming to verify monthly consumption per consumer unit and maintain customer relationships; keep work equipment in perfect condition and clean; comply with company norms and procedures applicable to the area of operation; operate assigned vehicles efficiently and safely; observe occupational health and safety regulations and properly use individual and collective protective equipment; commit to the following areas: Quality Management, Environment, and Occupational Safety; perform other **REQUIREMENTS:** Driver's license category B **WORK SCHEDULE:** To be agreed upon **BENEFITS:** Medical and dental assistance; Profit-sharing program; Life insurance; Food allowance; Meal voucher; Transportation allowance.
