Create and update order records, managing delivery deadlines and monitoring the status of each order. Communicate\-effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory, conducting stock counts, and suggesting process improvements. Support the sales team by providing information on product availability, delivery timelines, and other relevant details. Perform other administrative tasks related to the order department, as required. ? Required Knowledge Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with customers and internal teams. Proficiency in office productivity tools, such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks. Proactivity, flexibility, and teamwork capabilities. ? Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and inventory management software. Experience in customer service across various market segments. Knowledge of logistics and order fulfillment processes. ?
