Operate equipment such as conveyors, elevators, and weighing systems for processing shipments. Record and document all information related to received batches, including weight, origin, classification, and other relevant data. Monitor storage conditions and product integrity, implementing preventive measures to avoid damage or loss. Support the quality control team in sampling and analysis activities for cereals. Maintain organization and cleanliness in the receiving and storage areas. ? Required Knowledge Basic knowledge of transportation and weighing equipment operation Attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork abilities Ability to follow protocols and operational procedures Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays ? Preferred Qualifications Training courses in cereal quality control Knowledge of warehouse management systems Certifications in occupational health and safety ?
