We have an opening for a **Senior Materials Programming Analyst at Randon Triel\-HT!** We are seeking someone eager to join a large team, grow professionally, and identify with production-related activities — this is a unique opportunity! **\#WeAreRandoncorp** **\#JoinRandoncorp** **\#JoinRandonTriel\-HT** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, your main activities will include:** * Managing material and subcontracting programming, among other duties: preparing reports, analyzing current inventory levels, forecasting future demand, identifying trends and variations, calculating averages and/or projecting consumption, issuing and/or registering purchase orders in the system — all to meet requirements and ensure raw material delivery for production; * Programming procurement of materials and supplies under your responsibility by verifying customer demand, production orders, checking inventory levels, preparing spreadsheets, reporting needs and/or consulting supplier portals, and performing system routines — aiming to maintain appropriate inventory levels for the production process; * Issuing supply chain disruption alerts, red alerts, and/or non-conformance reports, specifying downtime hours, additional freight costs, requesting and tracking corrective action plans, and forwarding them to suppliers — with the objective of recovering losses and preventing recurrence; * Monitoring departmental KPIs, reviewing performance results, conducting root-cause analysis, identifying cause-effect relationships, developing, tracking, and/or implementing action plans — aiming to meet or exceed established targets; * Maintaining contact with suppliers to verify information, delivery timelines, capacity, and/or service constraints — ensuring timely receipt of required materials and supplies; * Arranging subcontracting services with third-party companies by checking inventory levels, Kanban sheets, communicating daily demand, contacting and/or negotiating with transporters, establishing priorities, providing pickup quantities and schedules, performing system routines, and tracking item deliveries — to supply service providers with necessary items for processing according to demand; * Supporting new projects by participating in meetings, collecting and/or providing data, specifications, and/or material restrictions, verifying requirements for items under your responsibility — aiming to anticipate and/or adjust processes; * Liaising with interfacing departments such as Purchasing, Production, Process/Product Engineering, Production Programming, Inventory Management, and others — to clarify doubts, gather information, resolve issues, etc.; * Keeping item master data updated by entering and verifying parameters and/or specifications in the enterprise system for items under your responsibility — aiming to prevent and/or avoid problems; * Suggesting and/or implementing improvements by participating in meetings, identifying problems, developing action plans, reviewing and/or setting goals — aiming to optimize outcomes; * Performing additional tasks aligned with the position’s nature and complexity, as directed by your immediate supervisor and/or internal business needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed undergraduate degree relevant to this role; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** * Shift 1: 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM. #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
