Come here and make it happen. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assess store conditions (layout, pricing, etc); Analyze management reports; Analyze individual salesperson performance; Analyze credit and collections results for your store; Identify team development challenges and propose improvement actions; Train and guide (provide feedback to) employees under your supervision; Monitor and follow up on store marketing activities; Prepare, discuss, and formulate sales strategies and action plans with employees under your supervision; Seek new opportunities and alternative growth paths for the store; Identify emerging talents in cities where the company operates; Conduct daily and weekly meetings to communicate marketing initiatives, results, and goals (daily/weekly); Perform daily and monthly inventory counts; Conduct cash audits; Monitor deliveries and installations; Monitor and oversee technical support services; Assist sales staff on the sales floor; Open and close the store; Verify and supervise loading and unloading of goods. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree Preferred: Completed Bachelor’s degree and experience in People Management and Commercial Management.
