If you possess an analytical mindset, leadership skills, and experience in automotive (or similar) inventory management, this is your opportunity to join a solid, results-driven company. **Your Responsibilities:** * Manage store inventory, ensuring proper storage, control, and movement of automotive parts. * Supervise receiving, inspection, warehousing, picking, and inventory processes. * Ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records (ERP/WMS). * Analyze product turnover, seasonality, and ABC classification to support the purchasing department. * Define and implement organization and location policies based on methodologies such as 5S and Lean. * Lead the store's inventory supervisors and assistants, promoting technical and behavioral development. * Coordinate rotating and general inventories, as well as support internal and external audits. * Monitor operational KPIs and propose improvements to reduce losses, damages, and stockouts. * Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure process efficiency. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ergonomics standards, and proper use of PPE. **What We’re Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive parts industry. * Leadership and operational team management skills. * Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and KPI analysis. * Organized, strategic, and results-oriented profile. **Join Our Future!** At Central Autopeças, we believe our employees are the engine of our success.
