THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICIAN **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** INDEFINITE-TERM CONTRACT, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapeutic, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 20 hours per week **SALARY:** R$16266,96 **UNIT:** Rua Luiz Francescutti Pioneiro \| Caxias do Sul RS \- 95042595 **JOB SUMMARY:** Conducts occupational medical examinations and consultations; develops, implements, and coordinates programs promoting and preserving occupational health; provides consulting services to companies. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **EDUCATION:** SPECIALIZATION IN OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **DOCUMENTATION:** SPECIALIST QUALIFICATION REGISTRATION (RQE) ISSUED BY THE REGIONAL MEDICAL COUNCIL (CRM) OF THE AREA OF PRACTICE. **VERIFICATION:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Medical Council. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY. **VERIFICATION:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of document rejection. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and detailed description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
