THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT TRAINING (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** General Services Assistant **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are also extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) — employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium borne by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call-up; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 2108.33 **UNIT:** Rua Luiz Francescutti Pioneiro | Caxias do Sul RS | 95042595 **JOB SUMMARY:** Performs cleaning tasks in internal and external environments and on furniture at the Operational Unit; replenishes supplies in restrooms; sanitizes and organizes work materials; and provides support for events organized by the Unit, contributing to an environment conducive to institutional activities. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED ELEMENTARY EDUCATION (OR HIGHER EDUCATION LEVEL) Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Officially signed and stamped declaration of course completion. c) In case of higher education, proof of enrollment, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING, LANDSCAPING, AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of performed activities; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature consistent with that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove required experience. **EXAM SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
