




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing warranties, service orders, customer and technical team communication, as well as inventory and billing control. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive service order management 2. Monitoring and communication with customers and teams 3. Inventory and invoice control and organization · Warranty request and monitoring (checking authorized dealers' websites daily to identify new service orders). · Creating service orders in the system; · Closing service orders; · Receiving/delivering service orders to the technical team; · Monitoring and relaying information among the technical/internal team and customers; · Forwarding service orders \+ payment/payment method to the billing department; · Inventory control and organization; · Recording invoices; Job Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Position Compensation: R$2\.200,00 per month Experience: * Microsoft Excel (Preferred) * Administrative Support (Preferred)
