Perform accounting entries in systems or spreadsheets. Verify incoming and outgoing invoices and other financial documents. Assist with bank reconciliation and control of accounts payable and receivable. Support the preparation of accounting reports and financial statements. Organize physical and digital files, maintaining documentation in order. Support tax calculation and ancillary obligations, as directed by the responsible accountant. Assist with monthly, quarterly, or annual accounting closings. Meet internal deadlines and procedures of the accounting consultancy. Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding client information and accounting processes. Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant, Junior Accounting Analyst, Financial Assistant, or Accounting Intern may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
