Focus on quality and customer satisfaction * Plan and monitor event execution according to schedule and contract * Maintain contact with suppliers (flowers, beverages, appetizers, and other supplies), ensuring deadlines, quality, and quantities * Verify that all items contracted by the client have been correctly executed at the event * Organize, align, and assign freelance staff according to each event's requirements * Inspect, audit, and control kitchen items (supplies, equipment, and organization) * Align information across departments (sales, operations, kitchen, and logistics) * Anticipate and resolve potential issues before and during the event * Ensure quality standards, process compliance, and customer satisfaction Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.200,00 per month Work Location: On-site
