Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for sales, after-sales support, organizing the department, assisting at the cash register, interacting with customers, and contributing to store goals. Company promotes diversity and inclusion **Address** Getúlio Vargas, RS **Job Responsibilities** * Perform after-sales support; * Sell services; * Maintain department organization; * Deliver, verify, and test products; * Assist at the cash register, verify and file documents; * Enter customer data into the credit system; * Contact customers to promote campaigns and collect payments; * Provide customers with transaction receipts, collecting their signature when required (Service Certificate); * Assist in product sales; * Delight and serve customers through excellent service; * Contribute to other activities aimed at achieving the store’s overall goals. **Requirements** * Completed High School education; * Availability to work on weekends (6x1 rotating schedule); * Completed High School education; * Must be over 18 years old; * Flexible availability for working hours; We seek individuals focused on customers, with strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, flexibility, and creativity.
