Process optimization and productivity improvement The company is seeking a Commercial Assistant in Gravataí. **Responsibilities:** Serve clients, real estate agents, real estate agencies, and other professionals. Control the organization and submission of client documents to CCA for evaluation. Monitor commercial process workflows, ensuring agility and reducing rework. Analyze and interpret appraisals to perform simulations. Prepare and evaluate proposals for client negotiation (simulator). Support training for real estate agencies, agents, and sales representatives. Ensure proper organization of client documents (CEF Contract, property registration, and manual). Identify key process bottlenecks and study solutions, proposing improvements and rationalization to increase productivity and ensure quality. Guarantee compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures. Position based in Gravataí / RS. Previous experience as Commercial Assistant, Commercial Analyst, Sales Assistant, or Commercial Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
