Additionally, the agent performs plan upgrade activities by offering more advanced and suitable plans aligned with existing customers' needs, thereby ensuring their continued satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Serve DigitalNet customers via messages and phone calls to efficiently close sales and schedule installations for new customers. * Assist customers in upgrading plans, facilitating the purchase of additional services, and making adjustments such as upgrades and downgrades. * Reactivate and negotiate plans canceled due to customer request or non-payment, ensuring solutions that meet each customer’s specific needs. * Contact customers to confirm installation appointments to avoid unproductive visits. * Conduct post-sales surveys to assess customers’ initial experience using the internet service and correct any potential issues. * Provide customer service regarding information or follow-up on scheduled service requests.
