Post-sale surveys to guarantee the best customer experience. **Description:** ---------------- The Commercial Agent position is responsible for presenting and selling high-speed internet services, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets established by DigitalNet. Additionally, the role includes performing plan upgrades, offering more advanced and suitable plans tailored to the needs of existing customers, thereby ensuring their satisfaction. This position is open to all candidates, including persons with disabilities (PCD). Key Responsibilities * Serve DigitalNet customers via messages and telephone calls, aiming to efficiently close sales and schedule installations for new customers. * Serve customers to improve plans, facilitate the purchase of additional services, and make adjustments such as upgrades and downgrades. * Serve customers to reactivate and negotiate plans canceled upon request or due to non-payment, ensuring solutions that meet each customer's specific needs. * Contact customers to confirm installation appointments and avoid unproductive visits. * Conduct post-sale surveys to assess the initial customer experience with internet usage and correct any potential issues. * Provide customer support regarding information or follow-up on scheduled service requests. Itamaracá. **Requirements:** ----------------- Hard Skills * Completed high school education. * Minimum 6 months of prior experience in sales or customer service roles at external companies. * Proficiency in using computer systems. * Basic knowledge of geolocation. * Intermediate knowledge of customer service techniques. * Intermediate knowledge of sales and/or negotiation techniques.
