Job Summary: Coordinate construction execution in accordance with cost and schedule planning, ensuring quality and safety procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Guarantee the physical, moral, and psychological integrity of employees COORDINATE CONSTRUCTION EXECUTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH COST AND SCHEDULE PLANNING, ENSURING THE COMPANY'S ESTABLISHED QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND SAFETY PROCEDURES. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure delivery of the best product to the customer through planning versus actual construction execution; * Monitor and analyze the MS Project system, ensuring compliance with the quality management system guidelines; * Monitor the performance of permanent employees through physical production measurements, providing continuous feedback to ensure quality excellence; * Train and supervise the execution of various work fronts; * Participate in daily goal review meetings, implementing necessary corrective actions; * Support the safety team in ensuring compliance with technical standards; * Monitor customer-requested modifications through analysis and assistance in approving the feasibility and cost implications of such requests; * Coordinate the execution of modifications approved by DAC (Customer Service Department); * Monitor inspections and surveys conducted by public agencies and other legal requirements; * Monitor and report on the productivity of internal and third-party employees, enabling monthly allocations and measurements via the IFS system; * Ensure the physical, moral, and psychological integrity of all employees and site visitors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in managing vertical residential construction projects in this role.
