Job Summary: Supervise and perform technical maintenance services, ensuring quality and safety standards, and optimizing processes for operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and perform maintenance on mechanical, air conditioning, and thermal systems. 2. Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. 3. Focus on continuous improvement and reduction of operational costs. Supervise and monitor the progress of technical maintenance services, ensuring compliance with established quality and safety standards. Directly perform maintenance activities when necessary, ensuring full implementation of the Maintenance, Operation, and Control Plan (PMOC) for air conditioning installations. Plan, control, and evaluate preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical systems, air conditioning, and thermal plants. Perform maintenance on diesel\-generator sets, compressors, electric motors, large\-scale refrigeration systems (e.g., chillers and VRF plants), hydraulic pumps, and boiler installations. Be responsible for maintaining gas systems (medical gases, LPG) and their respective distribution networks and central plants. Prepare technical reports, record maintenance incidents, and contribute to process and equipment improvements aimed at operational efficiency and cost reduction. ### **Competencies:** * Knowledge of industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems (chillers, VRF, compressors, thermal plants). * Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams (mechanical and electrical). * Knowledge of gas installations (medical gases and LPG). * Experience with diesel\-generator sets, motors, pumps, and boiler systems. * Basic knowledge of industrial electricity (preferred: NR10 and NR35\). * Knowledge of PMOC implementation and documentation. * Proficiency with measurement tools and equipment (multimeter, clamp meter, manometer, etc.). * Familiarity with maintenance routines in management systems (work orders and reporting).
