




Job Summary: The Civil Maintenance Technician is responsible for building repair and maintenance services, covering plumbing, masonry, painting, flooring, roofing, and assistance with electrical and air conditioning systems, ensuring facility safety and proper operation. Carries out preventive and corrective maintenance The Civil Maintenance Technician performs building repair and maintenance services, maintaining the physical structure of buildings—including plumbing, masonry, painting, flooring, and roofing—as well as assisting with electrical and air conditioning systems, ensuring facility safety and proper operation through preventive and corrective maintenance, in compliance with technical and safety standards. * **Electrical:** Lamp replacement, socket repairs, circuit breaker fixes, and minor repairs to electrical panels. * **Plumbing:** Unclogging sinks, faucet repairs, leak detection and repair. * **Structural/General:** Minor wall, floor, and plaster repairs; painting; furniture assembly. * **Inspection:** Periodic inspections to identify wear and prevent major failures. * **Safety:** Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (NRs), fire prevention standards, and environmental regulations.
