




Job Summary: Work in food production, performing product handling, sanitation, packaging, and inspection, as well as assisting with organization and cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of workplace organization and hygiene **Job Responsibilities** * Work on production lines for sanitized and fresh vegetables, breads, fruit pulps, juices, and vegetable and fruit preserves, performing tasks such as weighing, homogenization, feeding, selection, sanitation, packaging, and product handling, executing all required actions at any stage of the production process. * Prepare samples for laboratories or customers according to established procedures. * Assist in operating sector-specific equipment, following safety guidelines and regulations. * Inspect products during production (initial and final stages), in accordance with each customer’s specifications and established quality standards. * Perform other duties inherent to the position, as required by departmental needs. * Assist in restocking materials used in the department, such as films, sanitizers, labels, packaging, disposable supplies, etc. * When necessary and in the absence of departmental workload, may temporarily assist in other areas, such as the laboratory, experimental kitchen, and cafeteria. * Maintain organization and perform cleaning of equipment, tools, and work areas whenever necessary, ensuring appropriate hygiene and safety conditions.
