Vinte e Cinco de Dezembro, 795 \- Centro, Campo Grande \- MS **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct visits to physicians, clinics, and hospitals capable of referring patients for chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments at IOP facilities. * Prospect non-oncology prescribing physicians using an established mailing list, aiming to serve patients from these physicians at IOP facilities. * Prepare and submit reports detailing all activities conducted during visits. * Gather market intelligence from visits to support the development of IOP’s sales strategies. * Monitor external developments in the Healthcare sector and report to management as needed. * Formalize partnerships with clinics to reinforce IOP’s brand presence at locations where neoplastic cases occur. * Visit partner clinics to increase patient referrals to IOP and strengthen partnerships. * Identify potential improvements in IOP’s engagement with the medical community. * Understand and apply the Organization’s mission and vision across all specific area activities. * Adhere to technical, administrative, and safety regulations. * Actively participate in quality improvement programs for products and services. * Be responsible for preserving the work environment regarding equipment and machinery. * Perform other similar duties to support services as required. * Act with environmental responsibility, ethics, and integrity. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Prior experience in physician and healthcare institution relationship management is desirable. Strong communication and reporting presentation skills. Ability to analyze markets and identify opportunities. Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies in the healthcare sector.
