




Job Summary: Responsible for prospecting, preparing quotations, pre- and post-sales customer service, order follow-up, and administrative support to the sales team. Key Highlights: 1. Essential administrative support to the external sales team. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect new customers by identifying and contacting potential clients to generate new business opportunities and promote the company's products; * Prepare sales quotations, negotiate, and close existing business opportunities; * Provide remote pre-sales and post-sales customer service via phone, email, and other available channels, supplying product information and resolving issues or escalating them to responsible parties; * Monitor sales orders, tracking order stages to ensure on-time delivery as agreed; * Register and update customer data in the ERP system; * Generate sales and revenue volume reports; * Support the external sales team by sending invoices, bills, system entries, and performing other departmental administrative tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Sales experience with home appliances is desirable. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
