Job Summary: Manage the portfolio of cooperative members, promote financial solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance to achieve targets and minimize delinquency. Key Highlights: 1. Credit recovery and regulatory compliance **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Manage the cooperative members' portfolio to expand the cooperative's reach in its operational area; * Achieve established targets by offering products and services aligned with customer expectations; * Ensure promotion of offered products and services; * Comply with requirements set by regulatory and supervisory authorities and institutional policies; * Conduct credit recovery for members, including digital channel support; * Administer overdue collections to minimize the cooperative's delinquency rate; * Provide necessary data for analysis and decision-making; * Ensure all approved operations undergo analyses consistent with established policies and norms, backed by guarantees appropriate to the business conducted. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; ANBIMA CPA or C\-Pro R certification (C\-Pro R preferred); C\-Pro I certification will be considered an advantage; Specialization in Commercial, Business, Products, Services, or related areas will be considered an advantage. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Childcare allowance, Gympass, Profit-sharing (based on targets achieved), Private pension, Life insurance, Meal voucher
