Performing administrative, financial, and billing process activities; managing financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency of internal processes; ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with tax obligations of the business unit. * Ensuring vehicle sales proposals comply with Enzo Group and/or manufacturer guidelines; performing vehicle billing, * Supporting commission tracking for sales consultants related to accessory sales, * Monitoring factory bonuses and supporting vehicle acquisition, * Supporting direct sales processes and assisting with vehicle deliveries, * Communicating vehicle purchases and sales; verifying pending issues that may hinder billing or inventory flow, * Executing vehicle return procedures and/or correction letters; performing manual verification.
