Perform diagnostics for maintenance and repair of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems to ensure vehicles remain fully functional, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of the business unit’s goals. * Diagnose root causes of vehicle issues; * Contribute to achieving the workshop’s repair accuracy performance indicator; * Support adherence to service deadlines; * Provide technical reception team support; * Ensure proper execution of vehicle repairs and maintenance; * Assist with departmental requirements; * Ensure personal safety and contribute to collective safety in the workplace; * Participate in manufacturer and/or Enzo Group training programs, implementing proposed actions in accordance with pre\-established guidelines.
