




Job Summary: Support HR routines in the Supply Chain area, monitor performance indicators, manage attendance and absenteeism, and provide support in people management processes. Support for onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding Support HR routines focused on the Supply Chain area (factory, logistics, and maintenance); Monitor operational team performance and productivity indicators; Manage attendance records, absenteeism, and working hours bank in collaboration with the HR Payroll team; Support leadership in onboarding, internal transfer, and offboarding processes; Assist in implementing climate, engagement, and internal communication initiatives; Prepare reports and presentations of results for the People & Management department; Ensure internal process compliance with company policies and labor legislation.
