We are Bayer. **LEARN ABOUT OUR AREA:** This area is responsible for executing and governing Breeding trials, including coordinating seasonal workforce, performing preventive and corrective maintenance of agricultural equipment, and implementing integrated crop management. The role holder ensures compliance with quality and HSE standards, guaranteeing data integrity and traceability. They also contribute to operational planning and optimization of resources and processes. **YOUR MISSION WILL BE** As an Associate Researcher, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant execution of Breeding trials, delivering high-quality data to support pipeline decisions. Your activities will include: * Selecting trial sites, negotiating with collaborators, and formalizing agreements while ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance. * Preparing, calibrating, and operating machinery for planting, crop management, and harvesting; supervising preventive maintenance; capability to implement technological improvements. * Conducting agronomic management (fertilization, pest and disease control) per technical protocols. * Serving as Technical Responsible and knowledge of regulations governing STW and regulated trials. * Experience in QA/QC of data; familiarity with UAVs and digital field tools. * Procurement planning, negotiation with suppliers/collaborators, and logistics coordination. * Leading, training, and developing field teams; effective communication with stakeholders. * Knowledge and practice in SOPs, QMS, and biosafety; focus on compliance and operational KPIs. * Expected outcomes: consistent delivery of reliable and traceable data, safe operations meeting quality and safety standards, and high equipment and resource availability to meet schedules.
