This person will play a leading role in managing complex programs, operating hands-on, influencing decisions, leading deliveries, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This opportunity is for on-site work at one of our branches: Campo Grande, Cuiabá, or Aparecida de Goiânia. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead interdisciplinary teams focused on project delivery and relationship management with C-level executives (clients and internal stakeholders). * Directly participate in program planning, execution, and control—with strong operational presence and strategic decision-making capability. * Manage relationships and resolve political and operational conflicts within high-complexity programs. * Cascade strategies to teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective execution. * Consolidate project information, develop high-level plans, and monitor execution with a results-driven focus. * Oversee financial management of programs, ensuring margins and profitability. * Integrate coordinated projects and deliverables using tools such as ServiceNow and internal Senior Sistemas methodologies. * Collaborate closely with business, governance, and IT areas to ensure deliverables align with organizational strategy. * Conduct follow-up routines and prepare executive status reports for senior management, highlighting risks, progress, and consolidated benefits. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; * Solid experience managing medium-to-large-scale projects or programs; * Experience managing software implementation projects (HCM, ERP, or others); * Advanced knowledge of project integration, stakeholder management, and risk management in programs. **WHAT COULD ENHANCE YOUR APPLICATION:** * Experience implementing Senior solutions; * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or PMI Portfolio Management certification; * MBA in Project Management, Strategy, or Business; * Risk management certification (e.g., PMI Risk Management or similar); * Knowledge of Corporate Governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, etc.); * Experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs. **Our Benefits:** * Medical and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * PPLR – Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Wiipo Card with flexible benefits; * Wiipo Club with exclusive discounts and advantages; * TotalPass – Gym and wellness benefit; * OnHappy – Travel benefits and advantages; * Banked hours; * Citizen company: Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Newborn assistance; * Pet care assistance; * Senior Corporate University; * Career development plan. **Our Senior Way:** Our culture respects individuality and empowers people through innovation, collaboration, and autonomy.
