




Job Summary: This internship supports the operation and maintenance of toll system IT infrastructure, providing technical support and assisting in access management. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in access management and information security Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 15:00 (1-hour lunch break) Internship Stipend: R$ 1.500,00 Benefits: Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance (R$680) + Medical Assistance + Dental Assistance + Life Insurance Location: Niágara, Jardim Canada, Nova Lima - MG REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION Currently enrolled in: Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology, or related fields 4th or 5th semester (Graduation expected from June 2027 onward) Microsoft Office: Basic/Intermediate RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure for toll and ITS systems, including servers, networks, workstations, and field equipment. Support the installation, configuration, and testing of IT and automation equipment at toll plazas, operational bases, technical rooms, and OCC (Operational Control Center). Provide first-level support to users and operators of toll and highway systems, logging and tracking technical service requests. Assist in access management, user creation, and permission assignment in operating systems, networks, and toll and ITS applications. Support information security and operational continuity initiatives, adhering to internal policies, contractual requirements, and best practices in the highway sector. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, automation teams, and vendors under supervision, supporting technical activities and field testing.
