We are seeking an HR Department Assistant in Guarujá who not only wishes to play an important role in the company’s daily operations but also aims to build a career path marked by continuous growth and learning. Here, you will have room to advance professionally and support our construction projects nationwide, with national operations and availability for travel. Responsibilities: * Conduct onboarding processes and document collection; * Support payroll closing, submission of information to HR, and benefit calculations; * Manage vacation scheduling, contract terminations, and periodic medical examinations; * Provide on-site support to employees, clarifying labor and operational questions; * Support personnel transfers between construction sites; * Organize and maintain updated physical and digital files; * Assist during labor inspections and audits; * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal company procedures.
