




Job Summary: This administrative internship offers the opportunity to support daily routines, organize documents and spreadsheets, and handle internal customer service and support. Internal administrative request support **Responsibilities** * Support daily administrative routines, ensuring organization and timely task completion; * Organize, update, and manage spreadsheets, reports, and internal documents; * Perform financial entries and assist in payment tracking; * Provide telephone and email customer service, redirecting requests as necessary; * Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital files; * Assist in contacting and following up with suppliers and public agencies; * Support internal administrative requests across company departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in **Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields**; * Availability to intern **Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM**; * Intermediate proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (especially Excel and Word); * Strong written communication skills; * Ability to build interpersonal relationships and work effectively in teams; * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
